	Inspection and Adjustment Agreement
	This agreement provides a minimum number of inspections each year and includes only the cost of labor and miscellaneous items of material required to make the inspections. Labor and parts for necessary repairs are additional. With this plan, you are assured of having your systems periodically checked, lubricated and adjusted to keep your equipment in good condition.

	Full Maintenance Agreement
	This plan covers all services listed above and includes the entire cost of labor for inspections, parts, materials and emergency calls, at one annual price. This allows you to accurately budget your annual HVAC maintenance cost in advance.

	Time and Material Service
	Of course, if you prefer, we can take care of your service requirements on a time and material basis. Emergency service is also available to all who need service, 24 hours a day.
